What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

At Himadri Hans Handloom we ensure that each and every product goes through a thorough Quality Check. However, should you receive a defective or damaged item we will be happy to replace the item or offer you an exchange should we be out of stock at the time of your request. We will accept its return in original condition, with all tags attached, within 30 days of receipt of your order. Any product purchased on hanshandlooms.in can only be returned to Himadri Hans Handloom head office in Almora, Uttarakhand, India and cannot be returned to Himadri Hans Handloom Retail stores.
